DmC: Definitive Edition Announced, Releases March

Capcom have announced plans to release remastered versions of DmC: Devil May Cry and Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition.

They are scheduled to hit current gen consoles in full 1080p/60fps with updated graphics and extra content although no details of Devil May Cry 4 Special Deition have yet been announced. The Definitive Edition will also have new Turbo, Hardcore, and Must Style game modes in addition to a Gods Must Die difficulty level. New costumes, trophies/achievements, and leader boards will also be included.

"When creating the original DmC, there were improvements that we wanted to make, but never got the chance to," Ninja Theory's Dominick Matthews said today on the PlayStation blog. "In DmC Definitive Edition, we’ve made those improvements."

DmC: Definitive Edition is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17, 2015 for $39.99/£29.99. No release date for Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition has been announced.
