Lionel Messi's 'No Touch Dribbling' featuring in FIFA 16 - trailer

EA SPORTS today announced the introduction of a new dribble control system, 'No Touch Dribbling', as made famous by Lionel Messi, for FIFA 16.

Captured with Messi using motion capture technology, 'No Touch Dribbling' allows players to free themselves from the ball to buy time, create separation, feint and blow by defenders just as Messi does when he is at his best - it's near limitless creativity on the ball!

To trigger No Touch Dribbling, players simply press and hold the L1/LB button on their controller. Once pressed, the player with possession of the ball will momentarily step away from it to create space. From there, by flicking the left analog in different angles, the player in possession of the ball will either shift his body in that particular direction or twist his ankle in the hopes of tricking the defender. If timed correctly, it can easily misdirect the defender into going one way while the player with the ball goes the other.
